According to Petrol’s Public Relations, Dr. Khalili emphasized the need to resolve the issues of feedstock shortages and water quality at the complex, noting that all planning must focus on increasing production, which will also enhance productivity.
The Vice Chairman of Petrol’s Board of Directors further stated that Ilam Petrochemical should strive for sustainable and balanced excellence in the areas of business, customers, employees, and social responsibilities.
He described Ilam Petrochemical as one of the province’s most significant assets in terms of employment, reducing unemployment rates, and alleviating regional deprivation. While thanking the dedicated and effective efforts of the company’s employees, he added: "The hopes of the region’s honorable people for improving livelihoods and reducing unemployment rest on such industrial environments.
