According to Petrol’s Public Relations, Dr. Hamidreza Khalili, the CEO, stated during the visit that, as this project is among the priority initiatives of the National Petrochemical Company, it is critical to focus all efforts of Arghavan Gostar Ilam Petrochemical Company on commissioning the project as soon as possible.
Khalili noted that with the project’s progress exceeding 90%, management's focus must be exclusively on commissioning. He emphasized that the project’s launch should be planned to meet all safety and technical standards, utilizing skilled and experienced personnel. The Petrol CEO highlighted securing a stable and sufficient feedstock of appropriate quality as the key performance indicator and success factor for the Arghavan Gostar polypropylene project.
He added that the proximity of Ilam Petrochemical Company to Arghavan Gostar is a significant advantage, noting that the distance from operational areas poses a major challenge to the project’s commissioning, which must be addressed by leveraging Ilam Petrochemical’s capacity.
Expressing appreciation for the efforts of everyone involved in the Arghavan Gostar project from its inception, Khalili expressed hope that, with the dedication of all specialists and hardworking staff, the complex would soon be operational and producing.
