This provincial working-group meeting was held to support knowledge-based productions and protect elites in Ilam Petrochemical Company, with the presence of Mr. Shahriar Abbasi, the economic deputy of the governor and Mr. Aslani, the head of the provincial inspection organization, the oil and gas petrochemical subsidiaries and the elites of the province.
According to a report presented by the public relations unit of Petrol and quoted from the public relations of Ilam Petrochemical, this meeting was about familiarizing knowledge-based companies, technological units, selected elites active in the production circuit, examining and identifying ways to participate and benefit from knowledge-based and technological power for qualitative and quantitative quality improvement along with the reduction of production cost, discussing research requirements and foreign purchased goods of the petrochemical company, review and elaborating the acceptance of the research executive and the conclusion of a research contract, custom manufacturing and mass production of raw materials with the required products were held.
Referring to the importance of knowledge-based companies in developed countries and non-oil economic products, the economic deputy of the governor of Ilam said: “Knowledge-based employment emphasized by the supreme leader of the revolution is the priority of the government in Ilam province in order to solve the existing problems.”
Mr. Abbasi emphasized: “Effective arrangements have been planned to support the knowledge-based companies of the province.”
The economic deputy of the governor of Ilam pointed out the large capacity of elites in the province and added: “The solution to the problems of the province should be sought in the form of knowledge-based companies.”
Shahriar Abbasi mentioned the regime's grand plans to keep the elites in the country and return 5 thousand immigrant elites from abroad to Iran and continued: “Mismanagement has led many of our elites to departure from our motherland.”
He said: “The best countries in the world are seeking the elites of Ilam universities, but the capacity of this educated class in the province should be used.” He also added that the determination of the provincial administration to support the elites of the province and knowledge-based companies in the form of Article 18 facilities is a crime.
In this meeting, the CEO of Ilam Petrochemical Company, referring to the importance of knowledge-based products emphasized by the Supreme Leader, said: “DMDS in Ilam Petrochemical Company, as a strategic and knowledge-based product, now has a volunteer to buy abroad.”
Mr. Garshasbi stated that the provincial sample of this product can compete and be compared with the samples from America, Germany and China and added: “Foreign markets, especially Russia and China, have demanded large amounts of DMDS CHAVAR65, which is a priority over domestic demands.”
Seyyed Gholam Hassan Gershasbi pointed out the nature of Olefin pollution and added: “Without any doubt, the level of petrochemical pollution in Ilam has reached its minimum possible amount.”
The CEO of Ilam Petrochemical Company stated that: “The innovative and knowledge-based projects are being constructed by Ilam Petrochemical”, and continued: “This company is looking for new methods to improve and use intermediate products and develop downstream industries in the province.”
He also announced that Ilam Petrochemical Company is willing to buy the needed parts from domestic companies rather than foreign companies and added: “The plan to ban the purchase of foreign parts that have domestic models is very important to this company.”
Mr. Garshasbi presented a proposal for holding an exhibition of petrochemical industries in the province and said: “In order to support the knowledge-based companies and to interact and communicate with the University of Ilam, Ilam Petrochemical has concluded a contract with one of the University of Ilam’s professors in order to utilize the product "dimethyl disulfide" in the field of agriculture.”
The CEO of Ilam Petrochemical Company mentioned that universities and centralized research centers must focus on creating knowledge and added: “Universities should have a scientific and knowledge-based aspect rather than skill-related aspects which can lead to solving the problems of the industry.”
The provincial working-group meeting for supporting knowledge-based productions and protecting the elites was held and hosted by Ilam Petrochemical company, with the presence of the economic deputy of the governor, the CEO of Ilam Petrochemical, the head of the inspection organization, the CEO of gas refining, the CEO of the West Oil and Gas Office, the CEO of the gas company, the Elite Foundation and Science and Technology Park and a group of provincial elites who presented their upcoming projects during this exhibition.
